BIRTHDAY BOOKS
Celebrate Their Birthday.
Grow Our Library.
Birthday Books are a special Central tradition that lets students celebrate their birthday while helping grow the Central School Library.
For $25, your child can choose a brand-new book selected by our librarians to donate to the library in honor of their birthday. They’ll be the first to check it out, and a personalized Birthday Books label featuring their name will be placed inside before the book joins Central’s library collection.
How it Works
-
Donate $25 through the PTA to purchase a new book for the Central School Library.
-
During their birthday month, your child will choose from a selection of new, age-appropriate books selected by Central School’s librarians.
-
A personalized Birthday Books label featuring your child’s name is placed inside their selected book.
-
The book becomes part of the library collection for current and future Central students to discover and enjoy.
Have a Summer Birthday?
We celebrate those too! Students with summer birthdays will participate around their half-birthday during the school year.
